An Annual Maintenance Agreement can ensure that your printer fleet is maintained in a timely and professional manner with minimal burden. Once the call for service is placed, your personal Service Account Manager will follow the call through to completion, updating you and insuring your satisfaction. Annual Maintenance Agreements can give you piece of mind for a fraction of the cost of a typical single service call. Agreements are available in 4-hour response time or standard Next Business Day response service levels with 24 hour, 7 days a week availability.
Time & Materials, Break/Fix Service
Don't want to be bound to a contract? iPrint offers on-site Time & Materials service. You only pay for the parts & labor needed to repair, install, upgrade, or replace your specific IT equipment requirement. Our standard next business day response means that you can have the confidence of knowing that we will dispatch a qualified technician on-site to complete the job and minimize your downtime.
Preventive Maintenance agreement
